Governor Hogan has now allowed recreational boating on Maryland waterways!! During the press conference they noted that as we try to continually overcome this virus we should "take care of ourselves physically and mentally."
There is no better way than out on the water. Being on a boat provides a closeness and bond between partners, family, children and their close friends.
